Place the oolong tea leaves in a cup and pour the hot water on it.
Cover the cup and let the tea leaves and water infuse.

Ingredients –

  • Step 4: Add the sugar and milk and bring it to a boil again.
  • Step 5: Now once again, remove it from heat and add the black tea.
  • Step 6: Cover it and let it steep in for a while.

  • Crushed ginger – 1 Tsp
  • Cardamom or elaichi – 2 (crushed)
  • CTC Black tea leaves – 2 Tsp
  • Sugar – as per taste

Method of Preparation –

  • Step 1: you need to boil the milk and add the crushed ginger into it. Let it boil. The ginger will get infused with the milk giving a brilliant taste.
  • Step 2: Add the tea leaves and let it boil for a minute.

  • Step 4: Add sugar as per your taste and let it simmer for 4 minutes.
